OBJETIVO INICIAL:<\/strong><\/p>

Que la ciudad de P\u00edllaro cuente con una Instituci\u00f3n cat\u00f3lica regentada por una comunidad religiosa que imparta la formaci\u00f3n espiritual-moral-acad\u00e9mica de la ni\u00f1ez y juventud femenina.<\/p>

Fortalecer la educaci\u00f3n integral de la ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia adapt\u00e1ndose a las exigencias actuales para ofrecer una educaci\u00f3n de calidad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ofrecer una educaci\u00f3n que cambie a la persona y transforme a la sociedad, promoviendo el cuidado y el mejoramiento del ambiente en armon\u00eda con todos los seres de la naturaleza.<\/p>

Educar con amor afectivo (calidez) y efectivo (calidad), respetando la libertad de pensamiento y la dignidad del ser humano.<\/p>

HISTORIA:<\/strong><\/p>

Ante la necesidad de un colegio cat\u00f3lico que respondiera a la formaci\u00f3n moral e intelectual de la ni\u00f1ez y juventud femenina del lugar por iniciativa del Sacerdote Justiniano Hidalgo y el Comit\u00e9 femenino pro-construcci\u00f3n del Templo, el 17 de septiembre de 1939 deciden tambi\u00e9n trabajar por la fundaci\u00f3n del colegio cat\u00f3lico y la consecuci\u00f3n de la comunidad religiosa que lo regente.<\/p>

En agosto de 1941 se conoce que ser\u00e1n las Hijas de la Caridad que trabajan en el Hospital y que formaran un solo grupo con las que trabajen en el colegio. Don Juan Naranjo insigne pillare\u00f1o, dona un terreno para la construcci\u00f3n del Local, que es inaugurado el 17 de diciembre de 1941; el d\u00eda anterior fue bendecido por el Sr. Arzobispo Carlos Mar\u00eda de la Torre, con la presencia de varios sacerdotes de la provincia, de Sor Josefa Mahieux, Visitadora de las Hijas de la Caridad del Ecuador. El 20 de diciembre del mismo a\u00f1o inicia las clases con un grupo de 120 ni\u00f1as.<\/p>

En 1949, P\u00edllaro sufre un terremoto.\u00a0 La vivienda hubo que improvisarla bajo carpas, se improvisaron e instalaron las clases. En 1952 se inaugura el Hospital de la Ciudad Nueva y para unificar los servicios que prestan las Hermanas en Educaci\u00f3n piden a la junta de re-construcci\u00f3n seda un local para el funcionamiento de la Escuela.<\/p>

Y actualmente funciona en la Ciudad Nueva.<\/p>

NUESTRO COMPROMISO CON EL POBRE<\/strong><\/p>

  • Apoyar a los estudiantes que tienen mayores dificultades en su aprendizaje por problemas psicosociales.<\/li>
  • Sembrar el esp\u00edritu de solidaridad en los estudiantes para que sean generosos en compartir con los pobres.<\/li>
  • Visitas peri\u00f3dicas con los estudiantes y docentes voluntarios a las familias en situaci\u00f3n vulnerable.<\/li>
  • Conceder becas a estudiantes de bajos recursos econ\u00f3micos y que se ven afectados en su salud.<\/li>
  • Acompa\u00f1ar a padres de familia en sus dificultades de inestabilidad familiar.<\/li>
  • Facilitar los recursos materiales existentes para capacitar a un grupo de mujeres que desean promoverse.<\/li>
  • Visitas domiciliarias a los pobres.<\/li>
  • Catequesis parroquial.<\/li>
